Tungsten Electrodes, Tube Outer Diameter: 3/8" Pipe (0.675) and 1/4" ABW/ATW

All pre-ground Tungsten tips are polished and must pass our demanding quality control process. We carry the Arc Machines (AMI) recommended 2% Ceriated tungsten. We have many sizes available and in stock. Sizing depends on suggested length guides, type of weld head and size, tube/pipe outside diameter and wall thickness.

​We make it easy to order your pre-ground tungsten for orbital welding. Ours is categorized by the brand, weld head, diameter of tube and finally wall thickness. Custom sizes are available!
