9-500CT 0.500” Cassette Type module for the AMI M9-500 series Orbital weld head. This removable cassette allows 360 degree view for quick alignment and setup. Multiple Cassettes may be used to speed up production.

The Model 9CT series weld heads use a Cassette type (CT) removable cassette module. The removable module acts as a fixturing device to align and hold the tubing or fittings prior to welding. Each cassette can clamp and fit-up tube independent of the weld head. once the cassette is loaded, fit-up is easily checked, as the cassette provides 360 degrees of visibility of the weld joint. Mount the cassette onto the weld head, or do the reverse and plug the head into the cassette. Then it’s ready to weld. Cassettes may be used in-place or mounted onto a bench for high-production applications. By using multiple cassettes, parts can be fit and aligned while another is welded speeding up productivity.

This Cassette is compatible with the AMI 9-500, 9-500C and 9-500CT weld heads.
